DISTRICT WISE PARTNER
District wise partner means, all the projects work that will be assigned by the company for that particular district, the partner need to handle all that works for that district. No other person will have any interference on that work for the district. The partnership will be a mandate for 10 years and the company have a strong assurance and agreement for the said deal.
WORKS OF A PARTNER
The partner will only have to focus on management and no need to invest anything as per the company direction.
Land arrangement
Till now SG Projects is working on rent and by the lease from government or private for the land fulfilment. Now for its own establishment, and infrastructural activities, company is looking for a partner who will help in arranging the suitable land with the availability of proper raw materials, good communication, etc in the district fulfilling the company criteria and conditions with the preferred projects type. Partner itself or by any third-party means will help in the said details
Construction
After the arrangement of land, for all the construction work like warehouses, storage, etc, partner will arrange the appropriate contractor or working personal negotiating any other third-party works or by itself with a good practice of civil, electrical and mechanical works. Partner also have to look after the type and quality of works need to be done and the manpower needed for it to have an ease flow of working. Then company will scrutinized the most appropriate deal arranged by the partner.
Manpower
Partner need to arrange the the working person such as labourers, contracors, management body, etc as per the project type and needs. Parner will look after how the work need to be done, ensure the quality of work and the resources used for the particular type and produce the monthly billing as per the analysis.
Transportation
Transport playes an important role in our projects structure. The goods and services from warehouses to store, store to different region, logistical activities, etc are need to be transported in a large quantites. Partner have to arrange the transportation service may be by itself or from any transportation company
Supervision
Partner will have to supervise each and every work thoroughly from top to buttom ranging from construction to management to billing. Partner need to produce the required output ensuring the best and thorogh enhancements. For that, the partner need to have proper engineering ideas and knowledge to have a good supervision. Sg Projects team will also verify the work done by the partner and will give the feedback as per the required types.
District Administration
The partner must have an administrative office in the city centre of the district. SG Projects will have a direct communication with this office related to the project. And partner must have the proper knowledge how and what to be done for the work type.
PROFITS AND BILLING CYCLE
Billing Cycle
At the end of each month, all the abovesaid work will be verified and evaluated by the SG Projects team. After the evaluation, the partner will be given the billing amount for the work done and the company will pay directly to the partner for all the investment done. Partner will produce the monthly report as per project type and work type like construction bill, manpower bill, raw materials bill, etc and at the each month for the hassle-free payout.
Profit of a partner
After all the evaluation, the partner will get a profit of 25% to 35% of the total profit generated by the the company. The profit will be calculated on the basis of projects work flow and completion on each and every month.
The partner may also choose the amount, if he/she not willing to take the abovesaid payout structure and negotiate a better deal with the company.
WHO'LL JOIN AS A PARTNR
• The partner must belong to a valid, registered, and authorized organization and should be government registered.
• The organization must not be a blacklisted organization.
• The organization must have enough practice in Agriculture, Construction, Animal Husbandry, and Real Estate.
• Organizations must have good manpower and human resource strength.
• The partner must be a resident of that state for which he/she is applying for and can apply a maximum for 2 districts.
