Fish, Broiler Chickens, Eggs, and Prawns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fish, broiler chickens, eggs, or prawns unless the items are damaged or defective upon arrival. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or spoiled products, please contact us immediately at contact@sgproject.in within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take clear photos of the issue and include them in your email or message to us. Upon review and verification of the damage or defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.
Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable items such as equipment, accessories, or other non-food products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at contact@sgproject.in to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow adequate time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
